To give some examples of where my inspiration comes from, here is a picture of a swimsuit from the 1960's. It is strapless and form fitting. The suit is a one piece which is nice for women who don't want to show too much while at the pool. A more modern style suit that you would see now days is this yellow strapless swimsuit. There are many similarties between the 60's suit and this one. Even the accessories are quite the same. A hat was typically always worn by women while they were at the pool or beach to sun bathe. A scarf is worn in the more modern picture to show style and fashion. Accessories are being worn more often now when women wear swimwear. We try and liven up our ansambles as much as we can, even wearing high heel shoes!!! Detailed swimwear is becoming more popular as well. Big ruffles, smocking, big buckles, belts, embroidery, crochet, lacing, floral prints, layers and sashes are in. I believe even swimwear should make a fashion statement, and all women deserve a swimsuit that makes them look FABULOUS!!!!
